The “Physical Culture” programme is designed for studying the development of the physical education system in the Republic of Uzbekistan, its historical patterns, tools, methods, stages of instruction, and the organization of physical education classes. This field of study provides both theoretical and practical training. Special attention is given to the application of these concepts in physical education practice. The theoretical and practical foundations of physical education and sports (for primary, middle, and upper grades) as an academic subject help bachelor students develop broad theoretical and practical skills for their professional activities, reveal methods and techniques for teaching movements, and also cover the use of pedagogical technologies in the teaching process.
