Department of Uzbek Language and Literature
The Department of Uzbek Language and Literature operates within the Faculty of Languages at the Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute. Its activities are guided by the "Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022–2026" and several presidential decrees aimed at improving the quality of pedagogical education and the higher education system through 2030.
The department plays a leading role in preparing highly qualified personnel for the national education system. It contributes significantly to the development of textbooks, regulatory documents for mother tongue and literature education, and the professional development of school teachers.
