Duties of the Head of Department:

Overall management and supervision of the department’s activities and staff;
Ensuring the training of qualified specialists within the department, direct supervision of educational-methodical, scientific, and spiritual-educational activities, ensuring compliance with state educational standards, curricula, and study programs;
Organizing the preparation of teaching schedules and monitoring their implementation, establishing discipline control;
Organizing the defense of final qualification works by students of retraining courses and their participation in state certification;
Coordinating and managing the preparation of textbooks, teaching materials, and methodological guides related to the department’s programs;
Ensuring the extensive integration of new information technologies into the educational process and the mastery of these technologies by faculty members;
Organizing and conducting scientific and methodological conferences, interdepartmental meetings, seminars, and discussions with faculty participation on current topics (including innovations in their field, scientific and technical development, socio-economic development of the country, etc.);
Establishing cooperation with similar higher education and professional development institutions, as well as scientific institutions, including partnerships with developed foreign countries;
Reviewing requests within the scope of their authority.
Must know:
Laws relevant to the faculty’s activities;
Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers;
Resolutions and orders of the Ministry of Transport;
The essence of the institute director’s orders and knowledge of the institute’s annual and long-term plans.
Qualification requirements:
• Professional and organizational skills required for a managerial position in educational institutions, leadership experience and tenure in the field of education, as well as relevant knowledge and abilities within the scope of activity and authority;
• Exemplary personal qualities: intelligence, culture, leadership, creativity, politeness, organizational and initiative skills, entrepreneurial abilities, sense of responsibility, ability to make independent decisions and act decisively, and the capability to achieve the strategic goals of the institution.

  • Born on June 21, 1984, in Urgut district, Samarkand region, nationality Uzbek.
  • In 2009, graduated from the Faculty of Uzbek Philology at Samarkand State University (Bachelor’s degree).
  • In 2012, completed a Master’s degree in Linguistics (Uzbek language) at Samarkand State University.
  • Academic degree and title: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philology.
  • Work experience:
  • 2012–2013 – Head of the office of the Department of Modern Uzbek Literature, Samarkand State University.
  • 2013–2014 – Teacher of Uzbek language and literature at Academic Lyceum No. 2 under Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service.
  • 2014–2018 – Lecturer at the Department of Uzbek Linguistics, Samarkand State University.
  • 2019–2022 – PhD student at Mugla Sitki Kocman University (state), Republic of Turkey.
  • 2022–2023 – Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Humanities, Uzbekistan–Finland Pedagogical Institute.
  • 2022–2023 – Acting Head of the Academic and Methodological Department, Uzbekistan–Finland Pedagogical Institute.
