Duties of the Head of Department:

• Possess the necessary professional and organizational skills for a leadership position in a higher education institution, have managerial experience and work tenure in the field of education, and the relevant knowledge and competencies within the scope of duties and authority;
• Demonstrate exemplary personal qualities — intelligence, cultural awareness, leadership and creative abilities, courtesy, organizational skills, initiative and entrepreneurial abilities, a sense of responsibility, ability to make independent decisions and act decisively, and ensure the achievement of the institution's strategic goals;
• Hold a doctoral or candidate degree in one of the bachelor's or master's training programs, with the academic title of professor or associate professor;
• Have at least 5 years of effective work experience in their specialization.

 Born on March 28, 1980 in Karakol district, Bukhara region.
 In 2000, he graduated from Samarkand State University with a bachelor's degree;
 2000-2002 - Completed the master's degree of Samarkand State University.
