DUTIES OF THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT
- Provides leadership of the educational, scientific, methodological and organizational activities of the department.
- Ensures the development and implementation of curricula, syllabi and working study programs.
- Monitors the timely delivery of classes by academic staff in accordance with the approved timetable.
- Organizes the introduction of modern pedagogical and information technologies into the educational process.
- Ensures the assessment of students’ knowledge and the proper conduct of interim and final examinations.
- Plans the department’s research activities and ensures their effective implementation.
- Distributes official duties among academic staff and employees of the department.
- Conducts department meetings and monitors the implementation of adopted decisions.
- Organizes work with young teachers and talented students.
- Prepares and submits reports on the department’s activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensures compliance with labor discipline and internal regulations.
- Submits proposals for the development of the department’s material and technical base.
Born on October 15, 1972, in Narpay district of Samarkand region.
In 1994, graduated from Samarkand State University.
Academic degree: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences.
Work experience:
1994–2006 – Mathematics teacher at Secondary General Education School No. 38 of Narpay district, Samarkand region;
2006–2020 – Mathematics teacher at Academic Lyceum No. 2 under Samarkand State University (since 2017 transformed into the Academic Lyceum of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages);
2020–2021 – Assistant at the Department of Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics, Samarkand State University;
2021–2023 – Head of the Department of Exact Sciences, Uzbekistan–Finland Pedagogical Institute;
2023–2024 – Senior Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics and Informatics, Uzbekistan–Finland Pedagogical Institute;
From 2024 to present – Head of the Department of Mathematics, Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute.
