Duties of the dean of the faculty:

• General management of the activities and staff of the dean's Office of the faculty;
• Ensuring the training of qualified specialist personnel at the faculty, direct leadership in educational, methodological, scientific, spiritual and educational work, ensuring the implementation of state educational standards, educational plans, educational programs;
• Organization and control over the implementation, Organization of discipline control, organization of the formation of schedules for conducting training sessions;
• Organization of the fact that the listeners of retraining training courses will protect their graduation qualification work and participate in the state attestation;
• Coordination, management of the work on the preparation of textbooks, educational and methodological manuals related to educational areas within the faculty;
• Wide application of new information technologies to the educational process, ensuring that professors and teachers acquire new information technologies;
• Management of the activities of the faculty methodological Council;
• Scientific and scientific-methodological conferences, inter-departmental meetings, with the participation of professors and teachers of the faculty on current topics (including news and issues of scientific and technical development in their field, issues of economic and social development of the country, etc.k.) to organize and conduct seminars, debates (discussions;
• Establishing cooperation with related higher and professional educational institutions and scientific institutions, including developed foreign countries;
• Consideration of Appeals within the competence.

Requirements:

• Laws relating to faculty activities;
• Cabinet Decisions;
• Policies, orders of the Ministry of Transport;
• The essence of the orders of the director general of the Institute, knowledge of the annual and promising plans of the Institute.

Qualification requirements:

• Professional and organizational skills needed in a managerial position in educational institutions, leadership work experience and seniority in the field of education, relevant knowledge and skills within the scope of the type of activity and competence;
• Exemplary personal qualities-intelligence, culture, leadership, creative abilities, politeness, organization, initiative and entrepreneurial abilities, a sense of responsibility, independent decision-making and work, firm action, the ability of the institution to have the characteristics of ensuring the achievement of its strategic goals;
• Higher education, Master's, doctor of Science or candidate's degree, to have the scientific title of professor or associate professor;
• It is necessary to have at least 5 years of effective work experience in the direction of the faculty.

She was born on November 17, 1988 in Ishtikhon district of Samarkand region.
In 2011, she graduated from Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages with bachelor's degree;
In 2013, she graduated from Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages with master's degree;
Academic degree, academic title: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

2013-2015 : Teacher of  Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages 
29.06.2018: Student of the retraining course "Educator of preschool educational institution" in the presence of Samarkand State University 
02.10.2020: Gulistan State University, teacher of the "English language and literature" department
01.01.2021: Doctoral student of Gulistan State University
October 2022 : Senior teacher at the Department of English Language Teaching Methodology of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages
Since September 2023, she has been a senior teacher at Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute .
From September 2024, she is the dean of the Faculty of Languages of Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute.
