Centers and departments

According to Order No. 941 of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 26, 2017, the job responsibilities of the Institute's Legal Counsel consist of the following:

1. Regulatory Oversight: Reviewing all drafts of instructions, resolutions, and orders issued by the Institute and ensuring that every issued document is correctly formalized based on current laws and regulations.

2. Contractual Control: Supervising the proper drafting and legal implementation of contracts concluded between the Institute and other organizations.

3. Legal Consultation: Providing legal advice and guidance to professors, teaching staff, and other categories of employees.

4. Legal Representation: Protecting the rights of the Institute, its professors, and other employees before law enforcement agencies and courts when required.
