Job Responsibilities of the Head of the "Youth Affairs, Spirituality, and Enlightenment" Department:

• General Management: Overall leadership of the department's activities and personnel.

• Planning: Creating and ensuring the execution of work plans.

• Coordination: Aligning the activities of relevant units within the educational institution.

• Monitoring & Compliance: Ensuring the implementation of national laws, Presidential decrees, Ministry orders, and Rector's instructions across faculties and departments.

• Communication: Disseminating the content of government decisions and decrees to the student body.

• Partnerships: Establishing and maintaining beneficial cooperation agreements with enterprises, organizations, and firms.

Department Focus Areas:

• Moral Education: Enhancing the use of national, universal, and religious heritage in student development.

• System Improvement: Developing methodological recommendations and practical rules for spiritual-moral education.

• Student Welfare: Organizing meaningful leisure time, strengthening sports and cultural facilities, and supporting students in need of social protection.

• Events & Talent: Organizing competitions, festivals, Olympiads, and creative exhibitions.

• Cultural Awareness: Raising the level of musical and artistic culture through media appearances and promoting national ethics.

Department Goals: To educate youth in the spirit of loyalty to national and universal values, expand their moral and aesthetic outlook, protect them from harmful ideologies, and raise them as true patriots of independent Uzbekistan.

Department Tasks:

• Organizing events related to national spiritual and cultural development.

• Establishing aesthetic, political, legal, and artistic education among students.

• Organizing conferences and "round table" discussions based on national traditions.

• Developing normative documents and priorities for spiritual and educational work at the Institute.

• Partnering with the National "Spirituality and Enlightenment" Center and various public foundations.
