Duties
The Registrar Office is responsible for the integrity of academic records and the digitalization of the student lifecycle.
1. Strategic Leadership (Head of Office)

Strategic development and staff management.

Ensuring compliance with Ministry regulations and the Institute’s mission.

Quality control of services and grievance handling for students and parents.
2. Front Office (Student Services)

General Services: Course schedules, GPA transcripts, academic certificates, and HEMIS password recovery.

Science & Innovation: Counseling on grants, scholarships, and startups.

International Affairs: Visa support for foreign students, academic mobility, and international grants.

Financial & Career: Contract management, dormitory applications, and graduate job placement.
3. Back Office (Data & Coordination)

Statistics: Analyzing student performance, retention, and graduation data for the Statistics Agency.

Coordination: Managing the HEMIS system, academic groups, and exam schedules.

Archives: Secure storage of student files and verification of diploma authenticity.
