Centers and departments

Key Management & Operational Duties:

• Departmental Leadership: Manages the activities of all IRC departments, including planning, organizing, accounting for completed work, and reporting. Responsible for a scientific approach to workflow.

• Environment Creation: Implements measures to create necessary conditions and facilities for both IRC users (students/staff) and employees in accordance with established regulations.

• Asset & Heritage Preservation: Accountable for the preservation and proper utilization of information-library funds, including rare and high-value publications, as well as buildings, equipment, and other institutional property.
