In accordance with Resolution No. 10/25 dated October 30, 2025, of the Procedures Commission of the Supreme Attestation Commission (OAK), the admission process for qualifying examinations has started at the Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute for the following specialties:

• 09.00.01 – Ontology, Epistemology, and Logic

• 09.00.02 – Philosophy of Forms of Consciousness, Culture, and Practice

• 09.00.03 – History of Philosophy

• 09.00.04 – Social Philosophy

• 09.00.05 – Technologies of National Idea Promotion

• 09.00.06 – History and Methodology of Ideas

Additionally, applications for qualifying examinations in elective subjects are being accepted as per the official letter from the Supreme Attestation Commission.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

1. Referral letter.

2. Application addressed to the Rector of the Institute (stating the type of exam).

3. A copy of the research topic announcement from the OAK Bulletin (if not published, an extract from the University Scientific Council).

4. Certificate from the Higher Education or Research Institution confirming the status of Basic Doctorate (PhD) or Independent Researcher and the current stage of study.

5. Permission letter from OAK (for those taking elective/additional exams).

6. Copy of Passport/ID card.

7. Personal information of the candidate in electronic format (WORD document, Latin script).
