The rector of the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute, Professor Shahzoda Negmatova, held an open dialogue with the graduating students of the Faculty of Exact and Applied Sciences.

During the meeting, the “4+2” internship processes, employment issues, and future professional directions were discussed in detail. The rector was interested in the plans of each graduate and exchanged views on how they would apply the knowledge and experience gained during their education in a real work environment. It was noted that the institute would provide the necessary support for students who had difficulty finding a job.

It was also noted that a memorandum of cooperation was signed with the National Bank of Uzbekistan within the framework of the “Step into the Future” project in order to ensure youth employment and integrate graduates into the labor market. It was emphasized that this project creates great opportunities for students with their own ideas.
