The establishment of this center and its further activities were discussed with the participation of Akbar Safarov, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations of the institute, Makhmud Jumaev, head of the international cooperation department, and Yani Havunen, director of "JH Smart Hub" company. 

 Also, in cooperation with this company, future plans were drawn up regarding participation in grant programs for scientific projects and innovations together with Finnish higher educational institutions.
