Shakhzoda Negmatova, Rector of  Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute, held talks with the Rector of Tarsus University of Turkey, Orkhan Aydin, on the establishment of bilateral cooperative relations. 

 Professor Orkhan Aydin also noted that the relations established with  Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute will be mutually beneficial.

 In the end, rectors of two higher educational institutions signed a memorandum of cooperation.
