Now, the requirement for a foreign language certificate for admission to master's and doctoral studies will be changed as follows:
 ➖ certificate requirement is canceled for students who completed curriculum  in a foreign language;
 Depending on the nature of the field, the requirement for a certificate will be lowered by one step - B1 level in the following directions such as culture, art, sports, education, health, production, engineering, agriculture, veterinary, architecture and construction, physics and natural sciences, transport services.  

 The certificate requirement is kept at C1 level in foreign languages, B2 level in exact sciences, biology, mathematics, law, journalism, information and communication technologies and economics.
