At the opening ceremony of the international scientific-practical conference titled “Improving the Higher Education System: Current Trends and Strategies,” held at Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, an advisor to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, Ayhan Özkan, delivered a speech.
He warmly welcomed the conference participants and guests, wishing them success in the event. He also emphasized that this conference plays an important role in further developing the higher education system, exchanging advanced experiences, and strengthening international cooperation.
