At the beginning of the conference, the greeting from Shahzoda Negmatova, Rector of Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, addressed to participants and guests, was read aloud. It emphasized the importance of improving the quality of higher education, aligning it with the demands of the modern labor market, and training competitive and creatively thinking specialists.
