Student accommodation

General Overview: Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute operates 3 student dormitories with a total capacity of 1,252 beds. Additionally, there is a specialized dormitory with 400 beds established under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework.

Placement Regulations: The allocation of spots in the PPP-based dormitory is conducted in accordance with Clause 9 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan Resolution No. 376, dated August 14, 2023. According to this regulation:

• Priority is given to full-time (daytime) students with housing needs. Placement of students from other modes of study is not permitted until full-time students are fully accommodated.

• Exceptions are made based on demand for female students enrolled in evening shifts and Master's programs, who are eligible to reside in the PPP-based dormitory.

Current Capacity (Dormitory No. 1):

• Total Capacity: 700 beds.

• For Male Students: 150 beds.

• For Female Students: 550 beds.

Student Dormitory No. 4 – 312 beds (Exclusive for female students)

Student Dormitory No. 5 – 240 beds (Exclusive for female students)

These student dormitories are fully prepared and ready for students to move in. Furthermore, based on the student population and to fully meet the demand for housing, a 400-bed student dormitory (exclusively for female students) established under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) is currently in operation.

Procedure for Student Dormitory Placement

To apply for accommodation in the institute's student dormitories, students must submit an electronic application through the Public Service Centers or the Single Interactive State Services Portal (my.gov.uz). After submitting the electronic application, students are required to contact the Registrar Office in accordance with the established procedure.
