Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute (SamDPI) was established based on the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 21, 2022, No. PQ-289 “On measures to improve the quality of pedagogical education and further develop the activities of higher education institutions that train pedagogical staff. The institute is a state higher education institution that aims to train highly qualified professionals in the field of pedagogy, possessing knowledge in upbringing and teaching methods, as well as skills in applying modern pedagogical technologies in the educational process.

The passing scores for the exams for transferring studies from foreign and non-state higher education institutions are announced annually by July 15 on the official websites of the respective ministries and agencies to which these universities are affiliated. For higher education institutions under the system of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, please follow the official pages of the ministry (@eduuz, www.edu.uz ).

Only students who have academic debts from the first semester of the first year are not allowed to transfer their studies. A student with subject debts from other semesters may register for a transfer. When determining the course level of the transferred student, differences in general professional and specialized subjects are compared, and the subject in which the student has a debt is also taken into account. If the differences in these subjects exceed 4, the student will not be recommended for transfer to a specific course.

The following are considered valid reasons during the academic year: A student moves to the region of permanent residence (according to the passport)of their spouse due to marriage.If the spouse (or the parents of a minor student) are employees of state bodiesand their place of work is transferred to another region (based on the recommendationof the head of the relevant ministry/agency).Only these two cases are recognized as valid reasons. Any other circumstances are not considered valid reasons.

Students wishing to transfer their studies from branches and non-state higher education institutions operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan to state higher education institutions in corresponding and related fields are required to pass a test conducted by the State Testing Center. The passing score is set annually by July 15. If the transferring student scores higher than the passing score, they may transfer on the basis of the basic contract. Those who score below the passing score are admitted in accordance with the procedure for admission to undergraduate programs on the basis of a differentiated tuition contract. Transfers to state higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in non-corresponding and unrelated fields are carried out in accordance with the established procedure, based on a one-time payment equal to the minimum amount of the differentiated tuition contract set for the relevant undergraduate program.
